Managing life and stress has always been something I have been relatively\u00a0good at. However; my outlet in stressful situations was to pull out the hair on my eyebrows\u00a0 (Trichotillomania). It was only when I literally had no eyebrows left and had to have them tattooed that I knew I needed to deal with the cause.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Solution focused hypnotherapy gave me the tools to take positive actions and come up with the solutions to stop this habit and\u00a0more importantly deal with my stress levels. My sessions were successful\u00a0and I now have strategies to deal with the stresses that life presents.
